XL + ist ein Hochgeschwindigkeits-Dualcore-Horner-OCS-Controller. Der XL + verfügt über ein 15-Zoll-Touchscreen-Display mit hoher Auflösung, das eine verbesserte Grafik bietet und Unterstützung für Vollbild-Videostreaming und -wiedergabe mit einer Auflösung von 1080p bietet.

Neben der Anzeigeleistung enthält der XL + eine leistungsstarke Logik-Engine mit eingebauten digitalen und analogen E / A-Modulen wie der Rest der XL-Familie. Der XL + ist nicht nur auf die On-Board-E / A beschränkt, sondern unterstützt auch die verschiedenen derzeit verfügbaren erweiterbaren Horner-E / A-Optionen.
